Pre‑registering for class on our website or in the Mindbody app is highly recommended for a smooth and efficient check‑in experience.
The studio opens 15 minutes before class begins. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in, roll out your mat, and settle in before practice starts.
For the safety and experience of all students, late entry is not permitted. The door is locked at the start of class.
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before class begins. Late cancellations or no‑shows will result in the forfeiture of your class pass. Members will incur a $10 late‑cancel fee charged to the payment method on file.
Walk‑ins are welcome; however, due to limited space, we cannot guarantee availability without pre‑registration.
Low Attendance Policy: If only one student is registered for class, the class will be canceled. The student will not lose their pass; it will remain on their account for future use. If no students are registered 60 minutes before class, we reserve the right to cancel the class.
What to Bring
We recommend bringing your own mat and water bottle. If you prefer to travel light or don’t have your own mat, we have plenty of studio mats and props available for use at no charge.
Water is available for bottle refills, though we do not sell bottled water on‑site.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease.
Due to limited space, we ask that large bags and purses be left at home or in your car. To keep the studio floor clear and safe, please store all extra items—clothing, bags, phones, keys—in the cubbies located in the back room.
Studio Etiquette
Please remove your shoes as soon as you enter the building and place them on the mats at the front of the studio. No shoes are permitted on the studio floor. Personal belongings should be stored in the cubbies in the back room.
Phones must be silenced or turned off during class to maintain a peaceful environment. Phones are not allowed on the studio floor.
Water is the only beverage permitted in the studio. Please avoid bringing coffee, soda, juice, or other drinks that could spill and damage the floors.
If you borrow studio mats or props, please clean them thoroughly with the provided cleaner before returning them to the prop wall after class.
Age Policy
Students must be at least 16 years old to practice in the studio unless attending a designated children’s yoga event or workshop.
Any student under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
